The guide outlines the best practices, including the use of different tools and efficient utilization of resources.
Project professionals can use all the concepts in PMBOK 6th Edition to help them complete their projects on time.
No matter how large or complex the project, whether it’s constructing a bridge or designing a product, all projects have similarities. Common steps in the project management body can be used to achieve the desired end results.
The Project Management Body of Knowledge book contains all these steps, best practices and tools.
It is up to the project manager to determine how they use the PMBOK Guide’s best practices to create different strategies and methodologies to make a project a success.
