You will still receive the certification if you have passed the MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional consultant exam, MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consult exam, MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Advisor exam, MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Specialist exam, MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Coordinator exam, MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consulting exam, MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Expert exam or MB-240 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant exam. It expires on July 28, 2023.
If one of these certificates is still in force on July 28, 2023, the expiration date will be extended.

If you have one of the above certifications and did not renew it, Microsoft will issue a reissued certification on July 28, 2022 as a one-time update. Your certification expires July 28, 2023. Please renew it before that date.
Your limited Microsoft Power Platform skills will be assessed in the upgraded MB-220 and MB-220 exams. The skills you are measured will assume that your Microsoft Power Platform skills are not covered on the exam. Microsoft recommends that you pass Exam PL 200 before you take any of the customer engagement app exams. To ensure that you are prepared to take the exam, make sure to review the “skills measured” document.
If you have passed the PL-220 exam, but not the four other exams mentioned in this article your Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification will remain valid.
